Return with GLS
If you want to return or exchange your item/s, the return shipment is free of charge from Austria only if you use the label provided with your shipment. Please drop the parcel off at a GLS Paketshop near you. Returns from other countries within the EU will be carried out by GLS, the cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Pick-up can be arranged from addresses in most countries, please contact us if you require this service.
Returns from all other countries have to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please make sure that the items will arrive back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please follow the steps below to ensure a speedy and successful return:
– Pack the item/s carfully. It is best to use the outer packaging that you received your order in. Please do not send shoes or bags back in their original shoe box or bag carton, as this is part of the product, and is required for re-sale of the item instore or online.
– Bring the package to your nearest post office or courier service. Please make sure to put enough postage on the package, otherwise the shipment will be delayed. Do not reverse charges on your return shipment.
– We can also arrange for your return to be picked up by GLS. The cost for this will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you chose to return the item by GLS, please notify us by Email to email@example.com, so we can send you the necessary documentation.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, including all dust bags and original shoeboxes and/or bag boxes. If possible, please stand on a carpeted surface when trying on shoes to protect the soles. Always re-pack the items together with their original box inside a protective shipping box.
We can only accept your return if all conditions above apply.
You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return (up to 14 business days are necessary).
